Vice President - Equity/Merges & Acquisition - Investment Banking Domain - Healthcare/TMT/Infrastructure

Job Summary:

Seeking a highly experienced professional with strong expertise in M&A and equity transactions within Healthcare, Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT), or Infrastructure sectors. This is a leadership role focused on both deal origination and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Originate and lead M&A, private equity, and capital-raising transactions

- Manage and expand client relationships with corporate leaders and investors.

- Lead client pitches and secure strategic mandates.

- Oversee full-cycle deal execution and negotiation.

- Mentor and manage junior team members.

- Provide market insights to support strategic decisions.

- Collaborate cross-functionally for seamless execution.

Requirements:

- 14+ years of experience in Investment Banking, M&A, or Private Equity.

- Proven track record in deal origination and execution.

- Strong skills in financial modeling, valuation, and deal structuring.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation abilities

- Deep knowledge of Healthcare, TMT, or Infrastructure sectors.
