Key Responsibilities :

- Lead & Deliver High Performance Work team.

- To identify business opportunities with new clients in the ESG Domain (Governance, Exposure, Carbon, Ratings, and Screening)

- Manage day-to-day project execution, including project planning, tracking budget, scope, and internal resources and communicating project progress to team members and firm leadership.

- Develop ESG projects with support from conception through delivery to client, including identifying strategic direction of the work and directing team members in project-related tasks.

- Leveraged on media and communication technologies to enhance brand visibility and influence the development agenda.

- Analyze business performance, goals and metrics and helping achieve the targets of the organization working across multiple business areas including operations, sales, HR, Finance and marketing.

- Ability to prioritize and lead multiple projects simultaneously; lead project teams, track progress and communicate status to leadership regularly; resolve challenges and roadblocks.

Requirements :

- Advanced degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.

- A minimum of 10 years' experience in the KPO industry with ESG / CSR / US Fundamentals experience is mandatory.

- Certification / Diploma in ESG / Sustainability reporting preferred.

- Keep track of latest developments (regulatory, policy, corporate interventions, technology etc.) in the domain.
