Job Description :
- Develop long-term strategies and shorter-term plans to meet aggressive revenue goals. Develop the Business & Sales Model for the customers.
- Develop innovative solutions sales models.
- Responsible for the overall quality of account management
- To create a strategic road map, plan, control and direct activities of sales teams to attain business objectives.
- To execute strategy blue-prints for ROI/market share growth, operational efficiency and resource optimization and team management.
- Build strong relationships with key decision-making teams of existing and prospective customers.
- Responsible for monitoring the sales performance of a company and identifying business opportunities that would generate more revenue resources and increase profitability.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to establish promotional campaigns
- Interface and negotiate with prospective client CxO levels.
- Provide leadership and vision developing long range sales plans.
- Create an ROI value proposition
