Job Summary: The Enterprise Risk Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing the risk management framework within the organization. This role involves identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks to ensure the company's financial stability and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in risk management, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement the enterprise risk management (ERM) framework in line with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.

- Identify and assess potential risks that may impact the organization, including financial, operational, strategic, and compliance risks.

- Conduct regular risk assessments and develop risk mitigation strategies.

- Monitor and report on risk exposure and the effectiveness of risk management activities.

- Collaborate with various departments to integrate risk management practices into business processes.

- Provide guidance and training to staff on risk management policies and procedures.

- Develop and maintain risk registers and ensure timely updates.

- Prepare and present risk management reports to senior management and the board of directors.

- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes that may affect the organization.

- Lead or participate in risk-related projects and initiatives.

- Coordinate with internal and external auditors on risk management activities.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, risk management, or a related field. A master's degree or relevant certification (e.g., FRM, PRM, CFA) is preferred.

- Minimum of 9+ years of experience in risk management, preferably within the financial services industry.

- Strong knowledge of risk management principles, practices, and methodologies.

- Experience with risk assessment tools and techniques.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
