We are executing a leadership opportunity of VP Enterprise Business for one of the leading EdTech company in Noida.
The KRA's would be:
- The key attributes will be - Corporate Sales, Corporate alliances, Key Account Management, New Business Development, Client Relationship Management, Contract Negotiations, General Management Strategic Planning, Team Management.
- Geo Mapping, prospecting, and closing large accounts with the necessary documentation.
- Build a corporate database and be responsible for initiating conversations with desired personas.
- Identifying and networking with financially strong and reliable dealers and distributors, resulting in deeper market penetration and improved market share.
- Assisting the channel partners to meet their business targets and achieve profitable ROI.
- Established Education at work - B2B model.
- Manage and drive Enterprise sales channels.
The desirable would be:
- MBA in Marketing preferred.
- 12 - 15 years desired experience in establishing Enterprise, B2B business.
- Strong Communication skills (written & verbal), presentation skills, and client relationship management are a must for this position.
- Responsible for the development of core strategies like Business Development, Planning, and Execution for the overall Enterprise Sales.
- Responsible for managing the growth initiatives, business development & product management for B2B business.
