Vice President - Engineering - Startup

- We are handling a leadership roles for leading start-up for the role of VP Engineering.

- Responsible for leading and managing software engineering and product development team

- Engineering is in charge of team-building and provides technical leadership for the design and implementation of features and site/software system enhancements.

- The Director Engineering drives the strategy, architecture, and development of the business's site/software solutions.

- Director Engineering takes initiative to explore, evangelize, and implement innovative technologies within the business in order to improve the business's internal platforms as well as customer experience.

- Must be strong in UML and design patterns, SQL, RDBMS

- The candidate has to have outstanding technological skills and demonstrated computer skills. He will be highly skilled in operating in public cloud PaaS or IaaS such as Google Cloud Platform.

- Technologies : Java, J2ee, Spring MVC, Webservices, JSON, AJAX, Hibernate

- Minimum 8 and maximum 13 years experience with strong education background.
