You are a great fit if:
- You have 15+ years of experience in Software Product Development
- You have 8+ years of experience in people management
- You have Bachelor's/ Master's degree in Engineering from a Top University / College
- You have experience with a large Enterprise Software Development organization
- You have the ability to collaborate across functions and with all levels of the organization
Skills: Software Product Development, People Management, Engineering, Enterprise Software Development
Some of your exciting responsibility includes:
- Manage and support the entire product development team
- Work with the product team to build and specify the product functional and non-functional requirements
- Ensure Quality deliverables for products as per global standards
- Lead the development of current and new products
- Resource Management - develop and manage strategic and tactical plans including expense, capital, and resource budgets-
