Our client is mid-size SaaS based product company with more than 5000+ client across 160 countries; currently looking for VP of Engineering for Pune location. This position reports to the Co-Founder &amp; CTO. Position Profile : - The VP of Engineering will provide vision and leadership for existing SaaS product and emerging application technologies. - Work closely with other functional leaders in the company such as business development, product management, marketing and others. - Strong Product Development/Management background with experience in Developing SaaS products with large scale user transactions and having critical business nature. - Understands the problem/situation, things and then revert back with right set of questions. - Has business acumen and should be able to get quickly into new domain. - Inherent problem solver &amp; big picture thinker Required Experience/Skills : - Overall 15+ years of industry experience - Strong Product Development Background (Agile) with at least 10 years experience with product based companies - Have Engineered min. 3-4 large scale SaaS Products from scratch (end-to-end product life cycle) - Built product which has more than 1 lakh users base or 5K+ enterprise customer accounts - People Management (Led the team of min. 100+ People) - Hiring and scaling teams (Scaled team from 50 to 200+) - Budgeting/Cost Management - Technology Stack: Java, Python, MySQL, NoSQL, Database Design, AWS, AI/ML
