Vice President - Engineering & Product - BFS (12-20 yrs)
The role of VP, Product and Engineering will facilitate excellence in product development, technologies, and team management. This role will enable you to lead a world-class team to build and deliver enterprise-scale products. You will be working across functional and technology domains and will be able to contribute widely without worrying about conventional job silos.
Responsibilities :
- Define and evolve the product roadmap and its alignment with the company strategy, represent it in front of prospective customers and investors
- Drive the technical strategy and architectural vision for the product together with the sales, data science and client engagement teams
- Own and innovate product's architecture, design, scalability, reliability, performance, and technical support.
- Hire and Mentor technology talent and ensure alignment of the individuals to the company wide vision and strategy
Skills and Experience:
- 12+ years of experience working in product based fintech organizations
- Prior experience in building highly scalable platforms
- Prior experience of leading 30-40 member teams
- Bachelors/Masters degree in technology from the tier-1 institute
