- Build and manage a strong engineering team to ensure quality end products


- Provide technical guidance and recommend changes to improve efficiency

Description :

Reporting into the SVP the roles and responsibilities would include:

- Leading and managing a team of 30+ engineers to develop quality end products


- Taking part in recruitment activities to build and grow the team


- Developing standards and procedures to ensure quality standards and met and consistent


- Preparing and optimising budgets


- Recommending technology advancements and improving efficiency

Profile :

A successful candidate would have the following

- 15+ years of experience in the IT industry with strong leadership background


- BE/Btech graduate or any equivalent degree from a reputed college


- Proficient in Java and other open source technologies


- Strong exposure and understanding of architectures, product development, data structures and algorithms
