Responsibilities - Build, develop, mentor, and lead teams of passionate and dedicated software developers who collaborate with other developers, testers, UX designers, Product Managers and more geographically spread across global locations - Continue to enhance exceptional engineering teams that deliver with high velocity and quality - Provide leadership for every aspect of software development, process and technology - Build a culture of product ownership and autonomy among developers - Focus on solving customer problems and adding value - Set expectations and KPIs for multiple Agile teams - Ensure effective communication across multiple teams and products - Apply data-driven methods to inform decisions about products, technology, and teams - Maintain and optimize budgets to meet goals. Experience : - Proven track record of building teams and Enterprise-grade Software products, including SaaS and On-Prem - Knowledge and experience with public and private cloud technologies - AWS, Azure, Modern Front-End frame works - Angular and React Relational and Non-relational Data Bases, + Java Back-End - Experience in a company with a multi-product portfolio - You have successfully recruited high performing teammates - History of successfully leading engineering teams across multiple geographical locations and product - Experience leading teams in a high cadence of development and strong operational practices which can span over multi-year horizons - Know how to build and improve engineering groups that work on a spectrum of new and creative products
