Description

- Inspire, lead and grow a team of Software Engineers, Developers, Architects, Directors & Engineering Managers

- Manage product milestones, deployment cycles & overall product roadmap

- Technical Leadership for product and across all engineering requirements

- Maintain Code Quality, Implement Standards & improve overall understanding

- Continuously improve and drive best practices around software engineering & lead the craftsmanship, resilience, and scalability of your solutions

- Bring a passion to stay on top of tech trends, experiment with and learn new technologies, participate in internal & external technology communities, and mentor other members of the engineering community

- Encourage innovation, implementation of cutting-edge technologies, inclusion, outside-of-the-box thinking, teamwork, self-organisation, and diversity

Profile

- At least 10-12 years of experience in customer-focused technology organisations

- Full stack development experience

- Currently in a Senior Director/Senior Engineering Manager/VP role

- Formation and execution of IT roadmap and strategy

- Experience of building a team from scratch

- Ability to attract and hire the right kind of talent for the team

- Openness to evaluate and adopt emerging technologies/ industry trends

- Excellent team-building and team-management skills

- Excellent communication skills
