Requirements
1. Very strong technically, preferably JAVA, Python, c, c++
2. Experience in handling team size of 30+
3. Experience in hiring software developers
4. Experience in managing full stack development from idea to product delivery
5. Ideal age between 36-42
6. Education from Tier 1 college (IIT, NIT, BITS, DCE, NSIT, MS from reputed, IISC, IIIT, PEC, Thapar, VIT)
7. Entrepreneurial experience is a plus.
8. Experience in a reputed product company. Accomplishments and experience working as a software engineer. The individual should have significant and notable experience managing a full stack of developers, experience managing multiple technical teams and start-to-finish exposure being part of projects encompassing architecture, development, project management, QA with a clearly established track of delivery.
