The role is to lead the world-class technology team to build a scalable multi-product portfolio. Looking for seasoned technology expert with manditory experience in Fin-tech start-ups


Client Details :

One of the most promising Fin-tech start-ups of the year, built by entrepreneurs for entrepreneurs. Their platform provides a effective and efficient means to evaluate credit worthiness allowing for easier access to working capital financial options. Looking to revamp the lending space using advance ML/AI and Big data. Having already raised over US$70 million in latest round of funding and are looking to expand to 1000+ cities across India. They are being led by IIT/ISB/IIM alumni with extensive experience financial services industry.

Description :

- Lead and grow existing technology team to build product and platform of great scale


- Bringing in best practices in terms of development, Q&A testing, infrastructure


- Be part of senior leadership and stake holder discussions to help with new ideas on technology front


- In-still an environment of innovation and creativity

Profile :

- B.E/B.Tech/MS in Computer Science from a top tier institute

- 10+ years of relevant technology experience of building products from scratch


- Significant experience and understanding of the credit & lending space is a must have the requirement


- Should have worked on latest technologies AI/ML,IOT,Big Data

- Understanding of the various fin-tech products in the market


- Should be good at execution
