Vice President - Engineering - eCommerce - IIT/NIT/BITS (8-12 yrs)
- Proven ability in architecture and building scalable systems
- Strong mentoring abilities, proven record of growing engaged teams who deliver on time with great quality.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a demonstrated experience. Engaging and influencing peers and executives.
- Closely monitor and guide product releases and updates.
- Help set the strategic agenda for the technology team.
- Translating this agenda into an actionable product/tech roadmap.
- Leading the full-stack team of developers (frontend -native android, backend- AWS, NodeJS, PostgreSQL)
- Significant experience with product companies
- Open to tech stack, and experience with analyzing and refactoring an existing codebase,
- Ability to wear multiple hats, do whatever it takes ability and attitude
- Minimum 8 - 12 years of experience in E-Commerce, with at least 3 to 4 years in a leadership role
- BE/ B.Tech/ MS degree or equivalent with a strong academic record from Tier 1 institute. Advanced degree or MBA valued.
