VP Engineering :
- A strong entrepreneurial mindset and technology leadership
- 8+ years of relevant experience, ideally in startups
- 5+ years of working experience with Java
- 5+ years of experience with deployment, configuration, automation tools, monitoring
- Experience with AWS Lambda, Microservices, Docker
- Database experience with PostgreSQL and NoSQL (Google Firebase is a bonus)
- Familiarity with mobile app (Swift/Kotlin/Flutter) architecture and deployment
- At least Bachelors, ideally Masters, from top-tier institutions in computer science/computer engineering/machine learning
- Early-stage startup experience (as a founder or founding employees) or clear ability to operate with extreme agility and high ambiguity is important
- Experience with third-party payments or banking integrations
- Excellent English is a must, a second regional language is a bonus
- Work location - Hyderabad (core engineering team is based in Hyderabad)
