Vice President - Engineering Director - SalesTech Platform

The Role

We are looking for a seasoned engineering leader to lead the development of multiple products as part of our SalesTech platform.

Some of the core areas of responsibility would be -

- Manage multiple engineering teams, work closely with them to deliver world class, scalable and reliable software.

- Defined best practices around code, design, architecture, testability, CI/CD and observability, and ensure 100% alignment to them.

- Work with the executive leadership and product management teams to understand the short-term and long-term product roadmap and align that with the technical/non-functional roadmap that you will develop.

- Own the KPI dashboard for the entire product suite define measures, set goals, report on progress and drive KPI improvements.

- Create long-term plans of developing core engineering and leadership in-house 

- Constantly engage with key customers to solicit direct feedback on products and features.

- Build and maintain a highly customer-centric culture than new technology culture.

Key Requirements

- 12+ years of experience in developing, architecting and releasing enterprise business applications.

- Experience in building web and mobile apps on the cloud.

- A hands-on leader, who believes in solving problems and enabling teams for success.

- Deep understanding of SaaS, AWS Cloud and building scalable cloud-native applications.

- Experience of managing multiple product teams and deliver high-quality software releases per agreed plan.

- Hands-on experience in managing releases, production environments and cloud operations.

- Exceptionally well-organized with zero tolerance of leakage of any commitments

- Ability to inspire success with calm, thoughtful and decisive leadership during stressful events.
