Description - This role is an high impact, high visibility, engineering leadership role in one of India's fastest growing industries - online gaming. The incumbent will have end-to-end responsibility of devising the technology road-map, hiring and scaling up the team and further making advancements to the existing tech stack to achieve higher scale.

Job Description :

- Developing technical strategy and for developing and maintaining a technical road-map that will continue to innovate from a technical standpoint

- Work closely with founders and management team to lead engineering planning to achieve business goals by identifying and prioritising development initiatives, timetables, implementation and deployment of product

- Maintain and build a high-performance engineering culture

- Own the development methodology. Align with the executive team to improve the development process, prioritise projects and manage multiple work streams

- Lead a team of Software Developers, Server Engineers and QA Engineers, establishing development practices and standards

- Build and retain world class engineers through strong recruitment, mentoring, and career management

Profile:

- 12+ years of experience

- Track record of working on high scale products

- Strong prior/current experience as Full stack developer which includes frontend & backend technologies. (For e.g. Java, Angular, Node, MEAN stack, AWS cloud, MongoDB)

- Experience building E2E Application right from backend database to persistent layer

- Experience UI technologies Angular, react.js, Node.js or fullstack environment will be preferred
- Start-up experience strongly preferred

- Strong hold on tech, architecture, design pattern to lead long term scalable, stable and flexible tech solutions for business, marketing and product long term initiatives

- Extensive software engineering development and design experience with complex and highly scalable products using multiple technologies and languages

- Proven leadership record
