Job Description - Looking for a technologist with 10 -15 years of experience as an Engineering Leader with a B2B SaaS setup with a prior track record on scaling teams from 50 to 100.

Description :

- Work closely with founders and drive the product strategy & execution

- Build and manage the whole software delivery process and cadence within the engineering team to deliver high - quality releases in line with agreed-upon planning horizons in an efficient manner

- Provide engineering execution excellence, as well as technical vision and direction, to ensure the development team is aligned with the strategy of the company

- Ensure the quality and integrity of all projects, including the adherence to standards, technical requirements, and best practices

- Plan and track the development schedules; proactively assess and mitigate risks; prepare for contingencies, and build agile systems

- Build, manage and mentor a team of world-class engineering managers, software developers, devops and quality assurance

- Creating a high-performance team culture that has a sense of purpose and urgency

Profile :

- BTech (Computer Science) with 10 -15 years of experience as an Engineering Leader with a B2B SaaS setup

- Expert understanding of software development processes and life-cycle management

- Experience in working with large scale distributed systems

- Creative, resourceful, detail-oriented, highly organised, hands-on

- Excellent communication skills are a must

- Strong problem solving and analytical skills

- Self-driven, comfortable with a fast-paced, always-on, highly ambiguous environment

- Experience in hiring, leading and managing a high - performing engineering team of 50 to 100
