Vice President - Employee Relations - BFS

- Will work with various levels of the organization to develop work processes, business processes & HR Systems

- Design HR Policies for various departments

- Liaise with Employment Legal team to ensure legal risks and fully considered and provide guidelines to divisional HR Teams

- As a Senior Leader, represent the function internally and externally as appropriate across a range of stakeholders including regulators.

- Develop HR capability in the understanding and application of employment law, policies and practices to ensure consistency and manage risk.

- Need to handle all issues related to Performance/Delivery/interpersonal Relations etc.

- Taking care of all Labour Law Compliance issues, Legal services related to employee/service matters, Handling Labour court/Other Litigation Matters and handling regulatory issues etc.
