Key Responsibilities:
- Strategize and Lead PAN-India Disbursement, Customer Service, Post Disbursement and Credit Operations function. Manage workflow and operations including loan account up-dation repayment, E-NACH process, reconciliation etc. with adherence to set TAT and quality parameters. Monitor loan disbursement, end-to-end KYC validation process with focus on meeting the set productivity and accuracy parameters.
- Lead, Coach and Mentor 50+ members team of Operations, Customer Service, Quality Check, Credit and Back office Operations.
- Gather and analyse customer feedback and performance metrics data, to improve customer service quality.
- Set up process of automated reports for MIS, process improvement, productivity and accuracy.
- Oversee on-boarding of various agencies / outsourced vendors and ensure compliance to set controls and standards.
- Continuously work on identifying gaps and implement changes that would enhance the process flow of various activities, thereby improving productivity and deliver improved performance. Desired Skills and Experience:
- 7-10 years of similar work experience in lending business.
- Good Team Management Skills
- Ability to strategize and improve processes and systems.
- Ability to prioritize in an ambiguous environment.
- Analytical and practical understanding of workflow, capacity planning and process implementation.
- Operational knowledge of documentation and security creation in respect of loan accounts.
- Internal and External stake holder management
- Masters from any business school preferred.
