The job location would be at their offshore business unit based out of Bangalore - India. To be considered for the role, the potential applicant should: 1) Be willing to work from 2:00 PM in the Afternoon until 11:00 PM (India Time). 2) Should come from an IT Services Organization (ERP, CLOUD, MICROSOFT TECHNOLOGIES ect..). A partial JD (Not limited to) is as follows: - Must have experience in establishing an Employee Service Center and creative ways to handle employee concerns. - Expert in retaining employees - maintaining good employee relationships. - Experience in creating HR policies for performance appraisal and evaluation within an organization. - Must have experience with industry standards HR policies and implementing appropriate policies to software services and staffing companies. - Must be able to interact with the executive management (CEO) and provide weekly, monthly relevant reports. - Experience in establishing HR specific tools. - Excellent communication skills and negotiation skills are required. - People skills and high emotional intelligence skills are a must. - Demonstrate good leadership skills to control and motivate employees, without being harsh. - Must have good experience in Talent acquisitions for all levels of positions. - Experienced in defining employee performance, evaluation - Must have good experience in managing the HR team
