Role : VP / Director - BPO Operation - Transportation ,Logistics & Shipping BU

Location : Pune

Job Description :

1. Providing leadership to multiple and diverse / complex process and would be responsible for operational excellence to achieve client SLA deliverables.

2. End to end process design, process performance, process effectiveness, Client relationship management, team building and management along with the process delivery goals and implementation of the business

3. To ensure strategy, structure, staffing, skills, style and processes are synergistic with the vertical's objectives / super ordinate goal

4. Exposure to Six Sigma and Lean Methodologies

5. Participate in recruitment at all senior levels in the performance in the vision to ensure building a team with a strong customer orientation

6. Provide inputs to the HQ on related diversifications/expansion projects for the vertical and their implementation/fruitification into business as planned

7. Discuss and implement in consultation with the Business development / sales team on new products/services , market and alliance partners to further business

8. Manage the P&L of the account to ensure that the account remains profitable

9. Integrates strong commercial acumen into functional responsibilities

10. Should be able to manage large and diversified teams preferably multiple locations

11. Experience of having grown the business

12. Good at crisis management, problem solution and operations turn around

13. Shipping & Logistics domain is desirable but not essential.

14. BPO Industry Experience with complex process deliveries

15. Sr. Executive level relationship building

Educational Qualification & Work Experience :

- MBA / Graduate with 18+ years of work experience in BPO Operations

- 5+ years of experience in Logistics & Shipping Operations would be an added advantage.
