Vice President - Direct Taxation - Infra/Power/Energy (17-25 yrs)
Directing and guiding direct tax operations at various sectors of organization to ensure obtaining optimum benefits from the tax laws arising out of general budget, compliance to various requirements and handling litigation, if and when they occur, to achieve best possible results
Job Description :
- Strong Direct Taxation background
- Ensuring accuracy on verification of the Tax Audit Reports / Tax Provision / ITR/ Periodic TDS returns / Advance Tax payments / Revised Return so that all possible claims / deductions under the IT laws are made.
- Leading the statutory Compliances
- Review current and deferred tax provision
- Leading the Preparation and review tax calculations, estimates and reports accruals and purpose.
- Review existing business model and give strategic inputs for mitigation of tax refunds situation
- Work with Sectors CFO's to expedite processing of refunds from department
- Leading the tax function through the taxation strategy
- Awareness and alignment to constraining factors
Minimum 8 Years experience in Direct Taxation
Age Limit 45 Years to 50 Years
