- Manage sales for entire zone
- Manage total team size of about 350 Sales Managers
- Have 4/5 Direct reports
- Responsible for entire campaign management/efficiencies for his/her zone.
- Managing people and growth of entire team.
- Responsible for quality of business both of past and present book.
- Should have managed Direct/PSF business for at least 5 years
- Should have experience of having managed multiple geographies.
- Should have experience of people management
Dimensions:
- 110 Crores New Business & 250 Crores GWP for FY 19-20
- FY 20-21, 170 Crores New Business & 400 Crores GWP
- 340 SM, 34 BH & 5 RH
- Number of Direct Reports: 4 to 5
