Job Description -
Position Title/ Responsibility Level : Vice President
Reports to : Vice President, Global Head of Digital Transformation Framework
Span of Control : 2-3 SAVPS/AVPs
Location: Noida, Gurgaon, Pune, Banglore
Education Requirements - Grad/Post Grad/MBA in any discipline
Any certifications / trainings on Insurance/Healthcare/F&A domain is preferred, though not mandatory
Work Experience and Additional Requirements -
- 15+ years of overall experience including 5+ years of project management experience
- Must have 3-5 years of direct experience with demonstrated success and financial results
- Proven ability to drive a solution from start to finish (project management certifications are a plus)
- Experience in Insurance/BFSI/Healthcare/F&A domain will be given strong preference
- Experience of packaging and showcasing capabilities and solutions
- Willing to work in 24X7 environment
- Ability to travel as required domestically and / or internationally
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES :
Accountabilities :
Drive Digital projects and initiatives for value delivery Clients
Major Activities :
1. Develop value and innovation strategy aligned to key clients- strategic priorities
2. Support in organisational strategic priorities for driving value capture for the company
3. Collaborate with teams to strategize and execute value and innovation
4. Build strong relationship with client stakeholders and internal stakeholders in driving improvement and innovation program
Key Performance Indicators -
1. Value delivered (in $) for company and Clients
2. Successful execution of Digital deliverables
3. Resolve implementations - Identify and execute at least three key transformation project impacting client business outcomes for strategic client relationships
4. Favorable client NPS / testimonials
Build domain specific solutions and diagnostic toolkits
Major Activities:
1. Support in building best practice compendium on domain led solutions
2. Support in developing capabilities for business development and solutioning for key prospects
Key Performance Indicators
1. Application of diagnostic toolkits representing key business footprint
2. Compelling solutioning from value delivery standpoint
Essential Functions -
1. Responsible for Diagnostic to Solution Proposal creation for Digital projects
2. Generate ideas for building - game-changing- capabilities by scanning the market/competition and internal operations
3. Build relationships with key business leaders and sponsors other stakeholders to drive uptake of innovation projects, define project vision, scope, requirements, and deliverables
4. Successfully collaborate with core and extended teams across the enterprise for deployment of Digital Solutions by internal and client showcasing and articulating the business case and value proposition
5. Create best in class products by integrating firm's product footprint and investments - automation, process simulation, re-engineering, domain expertise, analytics etc
6. Responsible for maintaining the Governance and reporting on projects to Business units, Leadership, clients
7. Maintain awareness of new and emerging operating practices, technologies such as robotic automation, machine learning, mobility, artificial intelligence and dynamic analytics and the potential application on operations
8. Managing client visits for prospects, existing clients with respect to transformation presentations
9. Providing transformation solutions and roadmaps for new deals / pursuits
10. Contribution of creation of showcase content, though leadership white papers, collaterals
11. Updates job knowledge by studying state-of-the-art tools, technologies, reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations

Technical Skills:
- Lean Six Sigma background and project management
- Experience in industry domains e.g. Insurance, utilities, travel, F&A is preferred
- Excellent working knowledge of MS Office - MS Excel, Power Point, Word Doc, Outlook
- Proficient with MS-VISIO for flowcharting/process mapping software
- Experience of packaging and showcasing capabilities and solutions
Process Specific Skills
- Preferred conceptual understanding of the Insurance industry
- Understanding of Insurance processes (eg. Claims, Policy administration, Origination, Underwriting etc.),though not mandatory
