Vice President - Digital Transformation - Center Of Excellence

- 13+ years of overall experience with at least five years- experience in Digital COE role.

Knowledge & Skills - Product Engineering, Mobility, IoT, AI, Blockchain, Cloud, Process Mapping, Analytical Skills, Strategic Thinking, Team Management.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Digital Strategy:

- Participate in the organization's strategic decision making.

- Bring in outside-in view and provide ongoing strategic thought leadership on digital best practices and tactics that align with business goals and overall business objectives.

- Work with various BU, to include digital moves as part of their overall function strategy. Build a Digital roadmap at an organization level in line with organization strategy in order to enable business transformation and revenue growth.

- Opportunity Identification & Solution Conceptualization 

Guidance & Thought Leadership:

- Work with business & respective Business IT stakeholders to understand their goals & business requirements, unmet needs and current challenges for identifying new Digital opportunities.

Digital Program Delivery:

- Oversee, support and monitor the delivery of Digital solution development programs including requirement definition, design, development, verification & validation and release.

- Lead initiatives for establishing agile development processes and standardizing solution development & technology frameworks

- Consulting background is Preferable

PURPOSE:

To provide strategic thought leadership, identify new opportunities for process and business transformation through digital interventions & leading the CoE team for executing the digital transformation projects/programs within the limits of organization guidelines and policies with the objective of spearheading Digital Transformation initiatives across the organization for achieving organization business goals and objectives.
