Vice President - Digital Marketing - FinTech (10-15 yrs)

The person will be responsible for leading the team and initiatives driving world class marketing automation and multi-touch attribution across every lead and client touchpoint.

This role will use your digital expertise to play an integral role in driving inflow and revenue growth across all marketing channels.

Responsibilities :

- Own, develop and improve the global marketing automation and multi-touch attribution processes, including scalability, standard methodologies, future roadmap and product releases.

- Stay current on industry standard methodologies and e-privacy laws; implement new features, functionality releases, sophisticated workflows, personalization, and innovative segmentations.

- Regularly supervise and maintain synchronization between Marketing Automation Platform and CRM systems (Crucial Skills).

- Develop sophisticated multi-touch lead cultivate campaign journeys across all channels

- Collaborate with Marketing Operations to establish closed-loop analytics to understand how our marketing activity turns into customers, and continually refine our process to convert customers through management of our attribution platform

- Work with partners to define, implement, and continuously improve lead nurture flows, database segmentation, and campaign execution

- Build and execute new processes to improve marketing automation and attribution efficiencies; build metrics that supervise performance for continuous improvements to areas such as analyzing campaigns, list segmentation, attribution, touch analysis and ensuring the use of reliable and relevant data

- Evaluate new technologies to continuously improve marketing team performance

Minimum Qualifications :

- Experience in marketing automation, marketing operations, analytics, or similar experience in a leadership or management role

- Shown experience in building, leading and scaling a hard-working team

- Confirmed strategic planning and business leadership capabilities; understanding of business financial analysis

- Analytical ability with experience and insights in reporting for executive audiences

- Consistent record of achieving results in a matrixed, time critical environment

- Ability to work in a collaborative and hands-on environment, seamlessly moving between strategy and execution

- Proven perfection in verbal and written communication

- Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with opposing priorities
