Vice President - Digital Marketing & Business - FinTech

You will be responsible for Digital Marketing and Business Initiatives of MyLead Fintech and it's online platform FinoBuddy

- Design the Social media Strategy of the company and work on Digital Business initiatives

- Managing Team Members who will be in turn be responsible for Digital Sales, Content Development, Content Design, Media Planning, Tie-ups, Contact Centre Management

- Setting Digital Marketing objectives to monitor and ensure the profitability and visibility of a business' products or services

- Oversee and grow the Marketing department, consistently identifying revenue opportunities and managing consistent growth by securing new accounts

- Identify short-term and long-term scheduling, budget, and resource needs, including the development and management of an annual marketing budget, profit/loss projections, expenditure spending, and other financial considerations

- Understand key marketing performance metrics and tracking tools to provide market research, forecasts, competitive analyses, campaign results, and consumer trends in order to translate results into actionable insights for marketing team

- Collaborating with marketing and sales teams to plan and execute marketing and advertising campaigns

- Managing campaign budgets to ensure projects stay within outlined parameters

- Planning, implementing and improving promotional and lead-generation campaigns

- Measuring, evaluating and providing analyses on results of marketing campaigns

- Preparing reports to communicate results and success of campaigns to Co-Founders and Board
