Vice President - Digital Business - BFS (15-20 yrs)

Position : Head - Digital Business

Reporting to : Joint President

Team Size Large : All India Team

Location : Thane

Key Deliverables :

- Drive the Digital Products business P&L and operations (Goal setting, KPIs, SLAs, TATs)

- Conceptualize and execute the overall digital products strategy for growing the business (hunting and farming through digital initiatives), thereby making the market leader.

- Manage the entire customer life cycle of clients digitally. This includes :

- Customer Onboarding from Leads generated from the DIY Platform

- Educating/training the clients on online trading on mobile and web

- Managing the client's experience through attractive offers, benefits, referral programs, campaigns, mailers etc

- Drive NPS Score

- Identify potential customer issues and drive mitigation measures

Qualifications :

- MBA with 15-20 years of work experience

- 5 years of proven expertise in managing Digital Products in the Capital Markets / Financial Services domain.

- Passion for the latest developments in Technology/Digitisation in the Financial Services domain

Key Skills :

- In-depth knowledge of Capital Markets operations

- Expertise in managing digital products

- Leading a large multi location team

- Ability to develop and mentor the team

- Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving skills

- Willingness to learn, innovate, take initiative, think outside the box

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
