Job Description - The role is that of a VP Delivery. The incumbent will be leading the Delivery Function, managing P&L, gross margins, customer satisfaction, etc. Looking for Practice Leads who have led a 25 million+ portfolio and have experience in working for complex setups in multiple geographies across multiple domains of business

Location: Gurgaon

Description :

- Lead the Delivery function: team of Directors, AVPs and Project Managers etc.

- Ensure timely delivery of all projects

- Works collaboratively with all peers to ensure organizational goals are met

- Manage P&L and gross margins

- Lead Customer relations and management at the organisation level

- Responsible for managing any scope change and convert this to revenue from the customer

Profile :

- B.Tech/BE/MS in Computer Science

- At least 17+ years of experience

- Experience leading a 300+ member team

- Should have managed large programs and changes

- Multiple projects at the same time in a complex setup

- Strong Experience in handling Application Development and Maintenance projects

- Excellent people management and leadership skills

- Ability to effectively communicate with various levels of employees ranging from entry level to senior leadership
