Responsible for managing the application management services delivered in the global delivery center for a North America based Telecom major in an outsourcing model - 900+ apps, wide range of technologies, 24 x 7 operations, 600+ members.
- Responsibilities include driving initiatives related to member satisfaction, automation, service transformation, continuous service improvement, Client and Onshore relationship management, building service offerings for increased business growth, managing transitions from other vendors to, exceeding satisfaction targets related client/Onshore and members, Managing P&L - meeting targets for revenue, improving contribution margin through cost reduction and operations efficiency.
