Vice President - Debt Capital Markets - Origination - Broking House

Company Background : For a renowned Indian broking house's DCM desk on the Origination side.

Key Responsibilities :

- Building and Maintaining client relationships in Indian Corporates across India

- Scoping and scanning the market on pan-India basis for origination of deals

- Continuous engagement with internal relationship and coverage teams

- Create deals across situations - short term borrowing, NCD etc.

- Developing pitches with financing solutions

Incumbent must have :

- Decent education credentials preferably MBA for tier 1 or 2 institute

- Should have relevant experience of client relationship management, business development and deal structuring

- Should have hands on experience and not only team management experience
