Responsibilities - Originate relationship with FI including banks, insurance companies, mutual funds, treasuries, Global DFIs - Structured asset backed securities, complex structured credit products (including securitization, mezzanine debt, structured bonds, risk participation, alternate investment funds, CLO, ECB) - Placing securities across a wide range of investors including multilateral agencies, global DFIs, global asset managers, credit funds, domestic institutions (banks, insurance companies, mutual funds, treasuries), family offices etc. - Raise funding for financial institutions across retail lending spectrum-microfinance, small business lending, education finance, vehicle finance, agriculture finance, low-cost housing finance, Corporates, Mid corporate pooled assets. - Independently dealing with senior level management at NBFCs, Insurance Companies &amp; Intermediaries, Equity / Commodity Brokers and Cooperatives Banks Desired Skills -&nbsp; - Possess 6-8 years of relevant experience in financial services into origination of deals with FI - Be brilliant with numbers, analysing financial statements, interpreting data and solving problems and at the same time be able to build business relationships, talk to various levels of an organisation (CXOs to analysts), get work done by various people - Ability to structure, discuss the deal contours with the relevant stakeholders - internal and external, and execute the transactions to meet the client's complex financing requirements (end to end) within the purview of business and regulatory requirements. - Make sense of the macros - economic analysis, sectoral drivers, what regulators do - Possess a good eye for detail and ability to work effectively under pressure - Think strategically - convey as much in stakeholder conversations and also aid in thought leadership within the team - Have demonstrated acumen and intent through excellent academic record (minimum qualification - MBA in finance/CA)
