- To drive strategic sales initiatives and design Marketing strategy in accordance with the Organizational Targets &amp; Goals. Without this position, the Brand building, - Sales targets and various marketing initiatives through Market Analytics of the organization will not be accomplished. Responsibilities attached to the role : - Primary responsible for topline ( sales turnover) by doing Marketing analysis and initiatives - Analyse Sales and Marketing data for Lead allocations, site visits and sales insights to business - Understand medium wise Marketing spends and cost conversions - Provide prospects and give insights by conducting Market research - Audit Existing Sales and Marketing process and provide feedbacks - Research on best marketing / Sales practices, study the same for fitment to our environment and business and recommend to implement - Study the market situation and provide suggestions to the Management to assist in pricing decisions based on analysis done and recommend product plans. - Provide insights to Sales and Marketing efficiencies and lack of it to improve the process.
