Vice President - Data & Application Recertification Team - Investment Bank (12-20 yrs)

Role & Responsibilities:

The prime responsibility of this role is to lead a team that is responsible for the following:

Reconciliation

One-off reconciliation for applications just prior to integrating the application into weekly reconciliation

- Weekly reconciliation of 400+ applications

- Weekly feed file management

- Escalation process and follow-up for Tuesday reconciliation breaks and feed files

- Where applicable, entitlement based reconciliation for SOX-FA and High-Risk applications

- Infrastructure reconciliation for Database, Windows & Unix accounts in partnership with ITRC

Recertification

- Annual Recertification of 400+ applications

- Toxicity checks built into the recertification process

- Ad-hoc Recertification requests

- Policy enforcement for timely recertification.

- Departmental sign-off process

- Infrastructure recertification of Unix, DB & Win a/cs

Other recertification cycles like:-

- Lumension (secure USB access)

- Clear Case

- Subversion

- Developer Access to Production (DAP)

- Secure-ID

- Network Shares

- Front Office Supervision (FOS) Profiles

- IAC Form Workflows

Other responsibilities of this role are:

- Provide strong leadership to the DART team

- Own and lead global operational issues and deal with global issues, consistency and development plans

- Drive, through mangers, day to day tasks and activities in alignment with goals and objectives

- Play a leading role in defining the goals and objectives for the DART team in India in conjunction with the global goals

- Lead and represent DART in different forums

- Drive continuous improvement across programs and workflows

- Develop incisive metrics to highlight performance and escalate exceptions

- Proactively drive global initiatives and assume full accountability for the process

- Assist the Head of IAM to drive the global agenda to integrate all access provisioning across the firm into a single, stable platform

- Work closely with technology teams to develop robust solutions and address all automation gaps

- Interact closely with the IT Risk and Control team, IT BU Risk Officers, operational risk team, internal and external audit teams and other control functions to evaluate issues and address them appropriately

Key Skills:

Essential

- Hands-on knowledge in Identity and Access Control domain

- Team management experience and experience in handling teams working in shifts

- Capability to work hands-on and contribute as a individual contributor

- Analytical sense and ability to grasp and review workflows

- Strong leadership and communication skills

Desirable

- Experience in IT Application Development / Support, Information Management, IT Governance, Risk.

Other Skills:

- Graduate/Post-graduate, preferably in Technology, with 10+ years of overall work experience.

- CISA/CISSP/CRIC/CISM/CEH certification would be an added advantage.

- Exposure to Identity and Access Control domain.

- Experience of managing a team.

Right Candidates from IT, IT Governance or Information Security could be also considered provided they have the right level of exposure and capability to handle the role.
