Job Role: Vice President Analytics Delivery and Customer Success
Responsibilities :
- Own end to end customer deliverables post sales
- Lead the analytics delivery team
- Key account management Regular cadence of interaction with clients
- Work closely with other teams like sales, engineering, etc to ensure consistent delivery of services to clients
- Leadership- Operate as the second in command to the CEO and lead the organization from time to time.
Requirements :
The ideal candidate should come with 8-12 years of experience in which he/she should have worked in early-stage startups as well as large organizations in the Technology/Analytics delivery space.
- Should have excellent analytical skills.Should be well versed with the latest tools in the analytics space
- Should have experience of leading teams
- Should have managed clients in his/her previous roles
- Needs to be hands-on and execution focus
- Should have demonstrated traits of being a boundaryless and high degree of ownership
- Needs to have the right mix of tactical focus and big-picture thinking
