We have an opening with one of the State owned Bank subsidiaries for Vice president - Customer Service profile. Job Location: Initially Mumbai (6 months Later Candidate is deputed to work with team &amp; be transferred to any other location in India) Position Title: Vice President Qualification: Post Graduate from a reputed institution in India (preferably MBA) Experience: 10 - 15 years of experience preferably in Banking and Financial Services. Job specific skills: - Manage both in house and outsourced service delivery of call centre and back office operations ensuring all customer requests/complaints are managed in an accurate and timely basis - Ensure adequate capacity to manage the incoming transaction volumes based on customer demand at all times while creating a 24 by 7 servicing model - Monitor service levels at frequent periodic intervals for all call centre - Terms of Reference: VP Customer Service and back office ticketing system to ensure quality of service delivery. Improve promised service levels to the customers by process improvement and capacity enhancements in line with competition - Drive the culture of customer centric mind set and accountability across the whole team that reflects in the service delivery on a continuous basis. - Understanding and keeping up with new trends on servicing in retail financial services is critical for competitive relevance - Must possess strong process and policy adherence orientation and knowledge of RBI/NBFC circulars relevant to the business - Possess strong people leadership skills along with solid judgement and decision making skills - Understanding Call centre technology and CRM tools including ticketing systems like Freshdesk is essential - Ability to multi task and support multiple stake holders i.e. internal customers - Ability to gather and analyse data and to work with figures - Basic understanding of accounting relating to forecasts and accruals is preferable.
