Job Description :
- Work with Operating leaders and Clients to develop a winning strategy, develop it with the service line, then present for internal approval and customer acceptance.
- Deliver on Financial goals for the business; find opportunities for Growth & deliver on growth commitments; identify key cost metrics and ensure they are optimized.
- Develop the current offerings into a product offering for prospective clients.
- Take ownership of delivering value share and productivity along with LDT team
- Improve CoMo domain knowledge in Hitech
- Further developing technical skills, new product updates
- Bring in deep validated experience in solutions shaping up value propositions in line with Client Objective with robust commercial and operating models with the right levels of differentiation
- Ability to work within a matrix organization and build strong teams and alliances through emotional intelligence and strong interpersonal skills
