You will be Responsible For:

- Conceptualizing, rationalizing and execution of multiple simultaneous projects to deliver world class customer/user experience at the organization

- Influence future lifetime value through higher product adoption, customer satisfaction and overall health scores

- Develop and implementing a vision and strategy for the Customer Experience functions to amaze our customers, keep them satisfied, and secure long-term partnerships

- Working directly with the CEO, Product Managers, Sales, Marketing, Customer Facing Teams and customers to map end-to-end experiences.

- Synthesizing feedback from multiple areas (usability testing, customer feedback, runtime usage metrics) to discover customer insights and optimize current and new experiences

The successful candidate:

- An MBA or a commerce graduate from leading B-schools with 5+ years experience in working in a startup and experience of working in leading customer-facing organizations

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Possess sharp insights into HNI user needs in India Region

- Strong business, financial and operational acumen with a focus on building scalable systems that improve productivity and provide increased visibility into progress against key objectives
