Vice President - Custody Middle Office Operations - Bank

Our client is a global bank and financial services with operations across the globe. As part of global operations, they are actively seeking an experienced individual to be part of their Custody Operations team. This is a Vice President grade role, managing teams in multiple locations and extensive interaction with other businesses and senior management in the organization.

Some of the key responsibilities will include :

- Responsible for all aspects of operations for Global Custody clients.

- Work with internal teams such as trade processing, pre-matching, settlements, cash processing, account opening and asset servicing to process and validate trades, investigate and resolve trade-related breaks.

- Providing strategic support to business leaders.

To be eligible for this role you will require :

- At least 10+ years of relevant experience in Financial Services industry, preferably in Custody, Asset Servicing & Management, Fund Management, Global Markets or Prime Brokerage space.

- A relevant qualification (MBA /CA) and Investment Banking/Asset Management experience.

- Good understanding of Trade Life Cycle in Custody and Asset Management space.

- Good understanding of products Equities, Derivatives, Fixed Income, Collateral etc. and associated risks.

- Strong communication and influencing skills required to be successful in this role

- Strong inter-personal skills and evidence of working across teams and geographies to produce timely and accurate output.
