Roles & Responsibilities:
- Formulation of strategy and roadmap for CSR including health, education, environment and community service.
- Streamlining CSR programmes as per the CSR guidelines issued by the Ministry of corporate affairs (MCA)
- Preparation of presentation/proposal to CSR committee / board review meetings from time to time
- Screening new projects, preparing project report to access viability of the project.
- Perform periodic assessment of the relevance performance, efficiency and impact of the CSR projects.
- Forging partnership with Government and NGOs
- CSR Budget preparation and forecast for the upcoming year. Analyse the expenses and take cost effective measures.
- Develop communication materials of CSR initiatives and share it both with internal and external stakeholders and ensure its good reach.
- Invoke the voluntary involvement of employees in all CSR initiatives.
- Organize employee engagement initiatives periodically.
