You will lead a team of competent professionals who are performing financial analysis/financial spreading for commercial loans. LOCATION : Bangalore SHIFT : US Shift (04 p.m. to 01 a.m.) YOUR FUTURE EMPLOYER : A leading, global firm with a distinguished clientele providing extensive financial and asset management services. YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR : - Monitoring daily operations to ensure a free flow process, and also supervise the execution of daily task - Developing and enforcing sound policies and structure for the growth of the company - Creating a strong workforce by developing competent individuals in the Loan Operations team - Monitoring and reporting shift/site shift performance - Reviewing of Procedures and assuring new processes are documented - Formulating innovative ideas and gaining buy-in from senior management - Developing and implementing efficient and standardized workflows within the teams and doing performance appraisals for the team members THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE : - Degree in Business Administration or Chartered Accountancy with 10 - 12 years of work experience else 12 - 14 years of work experience. - Must have a strong knowledge of Mortgage operations. - Should possess the skills of Global Stakeholder management. - Strong leadership and team building/management skills with the ability to set clear priorities, delegate and deployment of team resources.
