Hiring for VP- Credit risk role
Location : Pune

Roles & Responsibilities :
- Lead / Assists Work group team leads with project documents, presentations, data gathering, and project progress tracking and reporting to senior management
- Interacts with the various partners on monitoring project deliverables and activities
- Liaison between Working group Lead and Works directly with them on all phases of the project life cycle, from Concept through Post Implementation
- Coordinates meetings for internal, external, and international project teams, updates project repositories and meeting notes, and tracks project artefacts
- Represent the team on apprising the stakeholders of our roles and responsibilities and functions overview
- Notifies the entire CRCO DM team and partners about abnormalities or variances observed in day to day controls function
- Generate and provide ongoing status reports, metrics to CRCO DQAM team leadership.
- Record process metrics and achievements for submission to various reporting packs and newsletters
- Prepare summarized reports and key highlights of various functions for senior management review
Requirements :
- Graduate or Post-Graduate in Finance / Statistics / Economics / Sciences / Engineering / Mathematics
- Experience in risk analysis domain10+ years of work experience in Credit Risk / Compliance or related control function, with good product knowledge and good understanding of Risk management tools and techniques
Technical/business skills & knowledge :
- Strong analytical skills to identify the scope of issues and ability to provide appropriate solutions
- Good knowledge of financial products across various asset classes
- Good knowledge of risk management principles and risk measurement methodologies
- Ability to work around complex data systems. Strong problem-solving skills
Project Management : Efficiently and effectively manages work, time and resources. Strategic-Thinking and Bottom-line Orientation : Ability to understand and anticipate the consequences of your decisions for other departments/people in short/ long terms. Shows awareness of, and commitment to, improving the effect on the Firm's cost base/profits.
