Vice President - Credit Risk Analytics - FinTech

Will be responsible for the building of develop metrics and frameworks to evaluate the functioning of all parts of NBFC - marketing/sourcing, product, underwriting operations, collections, portfolio

The position will be responsible for building Credit Models, which will help in the Consumer Lending/ SME Lending business.

Skills Required:

- Must have very good understanding of credit models, default prediction models, propensity models and collections models, fraud models, customer segmentation, survival models

- Proven ability to build teams and lead organizations in a rapidly growing environment with experience of managing Business Analytics professionals

- Hands-on SQL, Excel skills Good to have - python skills

- At Core is a Business analyst with a strong understanding for data science models pertaining to lending

- Must-have skills like the ability to work independently and still retain a high level of self-motivation;

- Possession of a high degree of professional as well as personal integrity;

- An ability to conceptualize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects with ease.
