Vice President - Coverage Banking - Infra Sector - Investment Banking Division

We have a certain leadership role for the leading firm in their investment banking division for the position of VP - Coverage Banker - Infra

Job Responsibilities -

- Exposure into Investment Banking / Corporate Finance Advisory in Infrastructure (Preferably in Transportation segments including Roads, Ports & Logistics) sector with in depth understanding of Commercial & financing aspects

- Role: Leading Deal execution of PE, M&A, Structured debt, Corporate Finance Advisory in the Infrastructure & Logistics Sector. Candidates with Deal Sourcing/Origination experience shall be preferred.

Role Expectations:

- In-depth understanding / Research covering Transportation Infrastructure & Logistics sectors from a commercial & financing point of view.

- Ability to lead Commercial and Financial Due-diligence of Equity and Structured Debt deals

- Investment appraisal including Financial analysis & Financial modeling

- Preparation of Marketing documents including Information Memo and leading Due Diligence process

- Reaching out to Private Equity Funds, Strategic Investors & Structured Credit Funds

- Assisting in execution of binding agreements and deal closure

- Business Development and actively assisting in sourcing Investment Banking deals

- Knowledge management in focus sectors and keeping updated with the latest industry developments
