Vice President - Coverage Banker - Infrastructure Sector (5-10 yrs)

Role Expectations:

- In-depth understanding / Research covering Transportation Infrastructure & Logistics sectors covering investments & financing aspects

- Ability to lead Commercial and Financial Due-diligence of M&A/PE and Structured Debt/ Mezzanine transactions

- Investment appraisal including strong Analytical skills including Financial modelling, Valuation (DCF, Relative Valuation) etc.

- Preparation of Marketing documents including Information Memo, Marketing Collaterals, Industry mapping/ Outlook/SWOT Analysis

- Relationship with Private Equity/Sovereign Wealth & Pension/Infrastructure focussed Funds, AIFs, Strategic Investors & Structured Credit Funds/NBFCs/IDFs

- Assisting in execution of binding agreements, negotiations/ deal closure

- Business Development - Industry Mapping / Client Mapping / Deal Sourcing

- Knowledge management / Team management / Thought leadership skills in the Infrastructure sector

Candidate to be shortlisted/recommended basis assessment of the following criteria:

- Ability/Experience of managing a team in the past including nurture/cultivate/motivate pool of Analyst /Associates

- Soft Skills - Self driven / Enterprising / Leadership / Communication skills

- Relationships with key decision-makers in the Industry including Developers/Investors/NBFCs/AIFs

- Approach towards Business Plan - Industry Mapping / Client Mapping / Deal Sourcing / Closures

- Past experience/Track record of (M&A/PE) deal closures / Deal sheet including key relationships with Funds/ Developers

- Compensation - Reasonable expectations (in line with the market) based on skills vis-vis their last drawn fixed salary and confidence level of delivering on deal closures over 12-18 months period

- Preference for candidates who could Join early (within 45 days)
