Our Client is a well established life insurance company. Established a decade ago, our client is a joint venture between one of India's leading and diversified financial services organization with one of the oldest and biggest insurance companies across the globe

Job Role

1. Working with leadership team on design & deployment of both short-term & long-term strategic business objectives

2. Analyze, structure and bring key business insights and Trade-offs to the table for management decision making

3. A key stakeholder in expansion and business development - working along with management in ideating, implementing and monitoring channel expansion

4. Participate in key organization strategic initiatives and partner with other functions for deployment

5. Provide inputs on organization goals to business Planning, F&A and other functional teams to drive the agenda

6. Undertake market & financial analysis of key Competitors and identify areas for improvement

Post Graduates from Tier 1 B School's should apply. Candidates with Management / Strategy Consulting experience would be preferred.
