Vice President - Corporate Real Estate (10-20 yrs)

Job Responsibilities:

- Ensure that our offices are addressing business needs and associate experience as they evolve.

- Work with design and technology teams to ensure that offices are forward-looking, efficient, and environmentally conscious - this role directly helps sustainability efforts for the India offices

- Oversee new construction, building improvement, and standard alterations work for existing and upcoming offices

- Determine the optimal models of extended teams, vendor partners

- Identify and leverage technology to help lead with analytics and improve the stakeholder experience.

- Align with global philosophy and solutions but have the experience to seek customization or local solutions as needed.

- Lead with a sustainability mindset - responsible for operational sustainability activities and supporting carbon footprint reductions and strategies

- Manage leads directly and their staff indirectly; oversee recommendations regarding promotion, salary, etc. for all leads reporting into them

Experience: 10+ yrs

Required Experience:

- Corporate real estate leadership experience in corporate real estate or related functions, property management, and facilities management

Skills and Abilities:

- Leadership, Construction / project management, space planning, strong communication, able to present effectively to senior leadership, strong strategic planning capabilities and understanding of market economics to drive decisions favorable to corporate real estate activities.
