Job Title: Vice President - Corporate Planning

Overview :

The Vice President (VP) will be responsible for executing M&A deals, fundraising, and contributing to corporate development initiatives. The VP will work closely with the senior management team, including the CEO / CFO /SVP Corporate Planning, and be involved in all aspects of deal sourcing, execution, and operations. The candidate will also get exposure to BD / Sales opportunities.

Key responsibilities include :

- Part of team that executing M&A deals and capital raising transactions.

- Developing and maintaining relationships with investors, bankers, and other stakeholders.

- Contributing to the company's strategic planning and corporate development initiatives.

- Conducting financial analysis, modeling, and due diligence for potential transactions.

- Managing transaction teams and coordinating with external advisors.

- Collaborating with internal teams, including legal, accounting, and tax.

Qualifications and Experience :

- An MBA or equivalent degree from a top-tier institution.

- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or corporate development.

- Demonstrated experience executing M&A transactions and raising capital.

- Strong financial modeling, analytical, and due diligence skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
